i noticed the gym equipment showed some wear and tear. a little updating would enhance the overall experience.

peaceful resort really good service warm hospitality number one choice
The hotel seemed like a peaceful resort. the entire team provided really good service and warm hospitality. they were very kind and attentive, made a big difference. It is now my number one choice, and i look forward to coming back.
the only slight issue was the gym's limited shade (more umbrellas or awnings would improve midday workouts).

the staff was polite and helpful. aur, packy, pop, and nut provided very friendly service. the team were pretty good too take care of guests. the staff always looked for ways to help.

bad soundproofing humidity smell
the room was super clean and spacious, and the pool and gym were also good.
i was disappointed because there was too much air conditioning in the public areas, and it makes an horrible noise with vibrations that even make my bed shake. the soundproofing is not exist. unfortunately, the room had a strong smell of humidity too.

jungle oasis thoughtful touch
The hotel is beautiful. It feels like an oasis. I seemed like I was in a jungle. The location is close to shopping areas, and the entire facility is unbelievably immaculate. The staff prepared pet amenities in my room. It was a thoughtful touch.
The hotel has many stairs. Getting from reception to my room was difficult. This might be a problem if you have a lot of luggage or mobility issues.
